Microsoft Compact .NET Framework: Redistributable v 1.0 or later. If you have Pocket PC 2003, the .NET Framework is already installed.
Required for Installation: Windows Installer 2.0 or later (Windows ME, NT 4.0, 2000) . Like all Microsoft Certified products, Pocket Sales Manager is initially installed on a desktop/laptop PC and then downloaded to the Pocket PC using Microsoft's ActiveSync
Outlook: Microsoft Pocket Outlook is delivered as a standard component of Pocket OS. Pocket Sales Manager can use Outlook contacts and create Outlook tasks, and appointments.
Downloading: Total file size is about 4MB.
Graphics Display: Pocket Sales Manager can work in either Portrait or Landscape mode on the Pocket OS, and is fully compatible with display mode switching in the middle of execution.
Processor: The highest performing processor is recommended. This is a robust BUSINESS program, and CPU performance and available memory make a difference.
Internet Access: Pocket Sales Manager requires relatively unrestricted Internet access to complete licensing. It is not uncommon, especially in corporate networks, for access to the Internet to be severely restricted for security reasons. Firewalls and virus protection software can be especially significant barriers to Internet access. Note that this access is ONLY required once - while completing the software license. |
