The following constitutes an agreement between Financial-edu.com (the Licensee) and you (the Author or Licensor) as to the terms of use of the content you submit. Please read this carefully as it sets forth important guidelines for your content and how it may be used.

CONTENT GUIDELINES:

Length: Your submission may be between 50 and 5000 words long. We suggest you break longer works into multiple parts, for example “Title – Part 1”, etc. with each approximately 2000 words long. Encyclopedia and Dictionary entries should be short and descriptive. Software code should be limited to the active code modules and descriptions of the code functionality, with personal or copyright notes removed.

Title: Document titles should contain less than 200 characters and should be descriptive and unique.

Author Name and Biographical Information: Authors may enter biographical information about themselves to obtain credit for their work. This should be limited to 1-3 sentences that outline your identity, skills and experience related to the subject matter. You may use pseudonyms or stage names, as long as they are in good taste and do not improperly utilize another person's identity or fame.

No Endorsements: You may not use the company you work for as a form of endorsement unless you own the company and you are writing as an expert in the field. It is best not to mention your employer at all. Do not submit your content using your employer's computer or communication lines or during working hours, as the employer can claim ownership over the content you submit.

Hyperlinks: Hyperlinks are allowed in the body of your content. Links must relate solely to the educational subject. Hyperlinks should reference only the top level URL www.website.com wherever possible. Hyperlinks may never contain popups, scripts, affiliate sales links, or codes of any sort. Your content will be automatically deleted if we detect any attempt to market any product or service through an affiliate or other tracking link. Links to spyware, viruses, or other harmful programs will be immediately deleted and reported to law enforcement authorities.

Correct English Only: Your content must be written in English, with correct spelling and grammar. If English is your second language, please have a native speaker edit your submission first. We do not provide editing services and will simply delete poorly written material.

Images: Images are allowed in the body of your submissions. Images are limited to 300 x 300 pixels and should be in .JPG or .GIF format, optimized for viewing on the web. You may embed links to your images, or the images themselves. We will delete images if they do not meet our content standards.

No Advertisements or Press Releases: Advertising language, business or event announcements, hype language, or repeated mention of a business or product will result in immediate deletion of your submission.

Exclusive license: You agree that all content submissions you make to Financial-edu.com are unique and exclusive and will not be submitted to any other website, free articles service, news service, news feed, or other media.

Original Work Only: You must submit your own original work which you created yourself or original work in which you have an exclusive perpetual license or ownership right. No wording, sentences, images, phrases, etc. may be copied from any other source. If in doubt, please do not submit your content.

By submitting your content to Financial-edu.com, you agree that:

All content you submit is of your own making (your own copyright), or you own or license that content exclusively and perpetually as evidenced by a written agreement or enforceable legal document.

You grant an unconditional perpetual royalty-free license to Financial-edu.com and its owners to utilize your content as an educational resource open to any reader or website visitor.

Financial-edu.com and visitors to our website may reprint and republish your content without prior permission.

Financial-edu.com provides you with the opportunity to make your author and business identity visible, and to insert backlinks to your website below your article. You agree that this opportunity is sufficient consideration for your exclusive content submission.

Your content does not promote hatred, racism, or bigotry, or contain libelous or offensive statements of any type. It complies with all applicable laws and legal obligations, and does not contain pornography, foul language, or offensive references.
