4TOPS Excel Link is an add-in for Microsoft Access (both mdb and adp), which adds data from Microsoft Access in Excel documents. You can compose simple and more complex documents, such as standard letters, invoices and reports. Open the Microsoft Access form which contains the data you want to appear in the document. An Excel Link creates a template containing mergefields for all the fields in the form (and subforms).
Mapping is done using named ranges, which are added automatically to the template and can be moved to the exact position you require.
